2024 Wrapped – Welcome to 2025: Let’s TURBO CHARGE Our Anti-Racist Actions in Housing Together!

Dear Friends,

Thank you for welcoming me into my new role as Anti-Racism Manager at Tai Pawb. These past weeks have been a journey of learning, listening, and building connections. I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible people who are driving the much-needed change we all strive for in the housing sector. At the heart of these conversations is one shared purpose: ensuring all voices are heard and valued, and that everyone has access to dignified, equitable housing.

I want to take a moment to applaud you – your tenacity, commitment, and efforts to move from words to action. Whether through organizational initiatives, personal activism, or simply recognizing gaps and opportunities for improvement, your contributions matter. Now, as we look ahead to 2025, I’m excited to work alongside you to TURBO CHARGE these efforts, guided by the refreshed Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan (ARWAP) and our Deeds Not Words pledge at Tai Pawb.

As we wrap up 2024 and embrace the festive season, let’s take a moment to reflect:
